Help with Windows XP Icons. (Missing =O)

I cleaned my computers hard-drive yesterday, and when I started windows for the first time afterwards, I realized I had some icons missing. Like my “Run..” and “Help and Support”items.If anyone knows of a way that I could fix these, that would be so great.
