Helpdesk Apps – Remedy vs Heat

I have been asked to recommend either Remedy Helpdesk or Heat Helpdesk for the Company. I have read many Company prepared documents regarding the two products. Now I would like to hear from people who have either used both products or just one of the two. What are your comments about Remedy and Heat.
