Helpdesk Tips & Most Common Calls

Hi everyone I have decided to return to the IT industry after a 3 year break.
I have been offered a position as a service desk analyst and I will be working on a Win Xp platform with Server, Exchange and Outlook 2003.
Can anyone shed any light on the most common calls I can expect in this role and any tech tips would be greatly appreciated thanks.
