Hey, golampo! (was "Unable to post new Q&A")

Edited: golampo, do you know why the characters ‘s u g g’ (without the spaces) would cause a post to be blocked? I tried posting a Question asking for ‘s u g g e s t i o n s’ and was blocked on several attempts before we figured out what the offensive characters are. Urban Dictionary, my usual source for unknown vulgarism, doesn’t list anything offensive.

I’m not the hottest solder iron on the tool bench, but until today I could at least figure out how to ask those who are. I’ve made six attempts to post a new Q in the last hour, but I get a ‘Page not found’ every time I click ‘Start Question’. Is it just that I’m more of a goober than usual today, or is something broken?
