Hide Taskbar Buttons

by mr_shannon . Updated 19 years ago

Is there a way to hide the taskbar button without hiding the taskbar or the window itself. For instance: I’m running iTunes (in mini view). There is the window itself on the desktop, the iTunes button on the taskbar, and an icon in the system tray. I don’t want the button on the taskbar, but I want the window on my desktop. I’ve tried programs like Xneat, but they hide the taskbar button and the window on the desktop. Any suggestions? Oh, and by the way… I’m just an average pc user; not a real IT guy. Don’t know much about code and messin’ w/ the registry. So, break it down for me… keep it simple 🙂
