my computer is the host to the internet , when i create a network using the network set up wizard , i click ” this computer connects directly to the internet , other computers connect to the internet through this computer ” but when i click next it says ” Other computers cannot connect to the internet through this computer .
On the other computer when i do the same thing it works . but the other computer isnt the host because my computer is directly connected to the interned . Im using a crossover cable .
My Cable modem is connected to my computer using a USB . and its called Local Area Connection 4 . but also when i go into network connections i dont see this connection , i only see my LAN connection . But when i do ipconfig i see Local Area Connection 4 (Internet connection ) and LocalArea Connection 6 ( My LAN )
