Host names resolution problem

I’m using Linux Redhat7.1,I’m having problem to resolve IP address to hostnames in my network
which consists of Windows based computers.I had set all the options and my Linux redhat
domain name in BIND conf,netconf and hosts file.
I’ve tried to ping my localhost and my own redhat domain name as a result it is very succesfull.
I even managed to ping my Windows based computers using their IP address but unfortunately not
with their hostnames.This problem started to occured when I replaced a new network card into my
Linux Redhat computer but I have check thru the network adapter with all the name and correct
IP address in NETCONF.
I’m using KDE.
Please advise.
