Hosted Email Outlook RPC over HTTPS

by jdce . Updated 17 years, 11 months ago

I have a clien whose email we are hosting. He connects to our Exchange 2007 server with Outlook 2007 on an XP SP3 Box. Everything works properly except when he tries to Print an email he gets an error that says Outlook cannot connect to the Exchange Server must be connected to the server to perform this function. Outlook is connected when this occurs. We have verified that nslookup is correct. We have verified that his settings are correct. We have exausted every avenue we have been able to find to no avail. We have uninstalled and re-installed. When we run a repair there is an error about an autodetect certificate not being valid but the certificates are valid and the other clients whose email we host do not have this problem. Does anyone have an answer to this please. Every email user at this one location has the same problem.
