Hosting with SBS 2K?

I’ve got a few questions. How difficult is it to make my Small Business Server 2000 Web Enabled? Once it’s enables I assume I’ll be able to have each user have the capABLITIES TO USE INTERENT MAIL? Next question. Should I then host my web site on the Small Business Server, go to a web hosting service and pay a monthly fee?
