Hotmail sending mail problem

Hi there,

I’ve got a problem with my hotmail account. I cannot send e-mails as from this morning. The following error message appears: “This computer is currently blocked from sending messages. If you don’t think you’ve violated the Windows Live Terms of Use, please click here. ”

Any ideas on how to fix the problem? I’m not a computer expert at all. Is it possible that the IT guy has blocked me using my hotmail account?
