How can I force a BCC address on every outgoing email

Hi. I’d like a copy of all outgoing emails in our office to go to one address. I know I can use a rule to set the CC: address but I’d like to use BCC:
I don’t want to buy an addon like Auto BCC. Is there a way I can do this myself?
