How can I get Outlook 2003 to show inline screenshots sent in a email.

Usually desktop screenshots are sent via .bmp files, and if attached into a email, is there a setting in Outlook 2003 where I can get it to bring up the screenshot? Also, does this issue have anything to do with IE7 settings as well?
