How can I host web pages & what I need?

I have 4 Servers, Win NT 4.0, IIS4,WINS, DNS.
2PDC, 2BDC.& ADSL connection for internet use w/ proxy.
My question is: How do I host web pages on my servers?, what do I have to do to host other peoples IP address or www_yourname.com
All computers are Dual CPU, 4xHD per each pc.
How do I get the Primary DNS address & the Secondary DNS Address, do I get those from InterNic.
I am going crazy, I can’t find any documentation on the How to Host web pages????
Please help
