How can I print query results into an Explorer Browser using VBA

by andre.s.johnson . Updated 18 years, 11 months ago

I have an Access Form which calculates and displays data in a listbox. Using VBA, I want to write all of the HTML and query data to a file and save it as “C:\fileName.html”. Then I would like to have the file open in a browser, Internet Explorer.

I do not have any problem creating the html file but I do not know how to open it (using VBA – from Access or Excel).

Note: I have already tried the “DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputQuery” method to accomplish this. Unfortunately, that method is very buggy and sometimes hangs the users computer.
