How do I host a website?!?!

I’v been dropped in it somewhat as the website that was previously going to be hosted externally is now to be brought in-house.

I’ve got a server running Microsoft Server 2003 Web Edition which I currently use for remote access to an Oracle database. I presume I can use this.

My knowledge of this is non-existent so I would appreciate ANY assistance or helpful links.
