How do I post an Excel form into an Outlook 2010 public folder?

We have an Outlook public folder that was created in Outlook 2003 that we use to store & post Excel custom forms to. We have created a link to the form template on the Outlook 2003 Actions menu.

We are migrating to Office 2010 and I cannot find a way to:

1) – create a ribbon menu button that would open the Excel form template
2) – Once the form is opened, populated, and completed to then POST the form into the public folder

Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
