How do I reveal ALL mouse drivers, even hidden ones?

Can you guys please help an old “fuddy – duddy” like me. My mouse pointer freezes every few minutes and I’m sure it’s because there’s too many driver installs in the system.

Problem is I can’t remember the correct nomenclature to reveal them in the RUN command prompt.

Unplugging then reinserting the usb fixes the problem, but only for a few minutes.

The spirit is willing but the brain has closed for the day!
