How do I stop Outlook from sending blank Auto-Reply

Recently, any time anyone from outside our network sends me an e-mail, they get a blank auto-reply sent from me. I cannot figure out why this is happening, as no rules are configured and Out-of-Office assistant is turned off. Anyone help me with this?
