How do I switch user licenses

We are inservicing new computers and the old ones are going to other users. How do I change the user name on the license for Office 2k without re-installing it? When you are in an office application like word and then go to help and click on aboutit gives you the name of the registered user and the company and the product ID. I need to change the user name.
