How do I take an image of a windows 98 machine?

I have a software release engineer that is currently running 8 computers- one with xp, one with 2000, one 98/2, one 98, one nt, one 95…etc
I would like to turn theese machines into virtual machines, but can not find software that can take an image of theese older machines.
Live state will not run on anything older than 2k, and VMWare is the same.

Any thoughts on this?
