How do I use selected data from one excel form to create another?

Hi,

I recently designed a quote calculation form for my company in Excel. It
works really well and I am happy with it.

It would be great if I could use the data from the quote calculation form
to create a billing invoice but I am not sure how to do that. Any advice?
