How to browse a ghost image when -IA use

My problem is this: I have recently restored a ghost image to my C: drive (C and D partition) and it turned out that the image file was faulty (even though I always check the integrity of the image files after backup) and it resulted in a destroyed c drive, with no way to recover as my image files apparently was corrupt too. Now my question is this: Is there anyway to browse into the image files and thereby recover some of my lost data? I have tried Ghost explorer but it can?t browse into imagefiles that was created with the switch ?IA (Image all). Any help will be greatly appreciated.
