Approve the flight of a VERY low-flying Boeing 747 over New York City, circling for 30 minutes – and just for grins, put a couple of fighter jets on its tail – and watch 9 million people evacuate buildings, all having flashbacks to 9-11.

Moreover, the flight was incorrectly logged as Air Force One – even though the president was not on board.

I wonder what the fallout would have been had GWB’s administration pulled such a stunt?
