How to change a movie clip in flash to reflect the weather in your region

Hi guys i have a flash question,

I am working on a flash site and would like to have a movie clip change depending on what the weather is outside

for example in my movie there is a desk and behind the desk is a window i want to create multi movie clips for example snow/sunshine/rain…ect and would like the flash movie to somehow check the weather in my region and play the appropriate movie clip.. outside the window

How would one go about doing this?
