How to completely remove Outlook 2003 from WP

Having problems getting a clean install of personal copy of Outlook 2003 on an HP-dv9000 that came installed with the teaser addition of Office 2003. I’ve tried uninstalling using the regular uninstaller, CC Cleaner, RegCleaner and manually deleting all office entires in the registry. I removed all .pst and backup files I can find.

When I reinstall Outlook, all of the archive, backup and old contact folder reappear as if by magic. I called the local Witch Doctor, had an exorcism done, all to no available. My last resort would be to an HP reinstall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
