how to copy a 2gb .pst file on cd-r’s..?

by sulmau . Updated 23 years, 8 months ago

Hi,

I just noticed that one of my user on the network using microsoft outlook is reaching the maximum file size of .pst file & i just want to save that file on cd’s for backup purpose.

My question is this, that, can i save .pst file of size 2gb on cd’s………? If, it is possible, then what process will i use to do so ……..i.e. which cd burning software will i use? save the file directly on the cd’s or first make the image of the file & then save that image on the cd’s or is there anythird party software will also use to store & also to re-store the .pst file ( 2gb size )?????????

Hope that all above is understandable……

but if someone need further info & please let me know & I’ll be happy to provide the info related tothis type of file saving………:)

Awaiting helpful reply as always….

Regards / Sulman
