how to copy the data from excel sheet to sqlserver table using a query

i want to copy the data from excel sheet to a table in sqlserver using a query in sqlserver ,only just i want to run the query and i have to copy the data from that excel sheet to the table in sqlserver.becz i have the data which is needed for every database i don’t want to copy that manually just i will create the table run this query.
