How to Create a Custom task to Delegate.

I want to delegate to a non-IT user authority to read, write and modify some User attributes in AD as Organization, Telephone, pagers, description, Location. just general info. I know where to go to Delegate control the select the user and then Create Custom task to Delegate. But after that there are too many objects and too many attributes under each object. Where do I find what each of them mean or where do I find where and how each of my user attribute is defined in there. “PLEASE HELP” thats all I can say…
