how to create subreport in crystral report using vb.net 2005

hello friends,
i am searching for how to create subreport in crystal report using vb.net 2005 an i want to access data from more than one table and report contain morethan one table data in one report so if it is possible to use more than table in one report than tellme as early as possible because it very useful for me .
