How to Enable Host Locking Remote Desktop

Hi,
i want to enable the host locking when i remotly connected a windows server.
when i connected via remote desktop the other side can see what is happining or if some one else starts a session when i`m on the server i`m not noticing that. So any whay to enable this feature like in xp.??
