How to get msexchuseoab attribute in powershell?

Im trying to verify what a user is pointing to for oab. tried get-aduser, get-user, get-mailbox. Not able to serch the users attributes for msexchuseoab to see where they are pointing to for offline address book… Any thoughts?? Cheers.
