how to maintain a sports league tables and fixtures

i run a bowling league and am having trouble.
i need to maintain various stat sheets and want to do this with just one enrty.
so when i enter team and player scores, then the league tables are automatically updated along with individual scores and averages, and individual league placings… all done from the same score.
