How to proxy to a wireless network hosted on a Windows computer.

This is mainly a question that I asked on the thread “Use PuTTY as a secure proxy.” If you want more info on what I’ve done so far, see that thread. I know you can proxy from a laptop or other computer to a home network to use the internet. What I want to know is how to do this on a Windows computer. I downloaded the OpenSSH for Windows and tried going through the quick start and readme guides, but I got lost quickly. Could someone go through the quick start guide for me in very simple terms (e.g. “type this into the command prompt”, “here’s the difference between domain and local…”, etc.).
