How to recover file after FAT is lost

My harddisk’s FAT is lost now.
However, My backup file is another partition of the same harddisk. Now, all of the FAT in the harddisk is lost. Can anyone tell me how to recover my file in my harddisk.
My harddisk is using FAT32 format.
