How to replace formatted text in Word with a macro?

by carter.wilson . Updated 19 years, 2 months ago

I recorded a macro doing just this and the action worked, but not the macro. Basically, I want to, withing a document, delete any text colored red. I also want to change any font in blue to black font.

This allows for a document with a lot of instruction to the writer (in red) to be quickly cleaned up. You can do a find and replace with formatting that works well, but it doesn’t seem to get caputured when recording a macro. Thanks!
