How to resolve 0X80040119 error message of PST File?

I have outlook 2007 and everything going on very good with mail service but few days ago I have some issue on it when I try to send a mail to other person and click on send/received button an unknown error has occurred. 0X80040119 .

I can’t received or send any mail to other person what may be the problem and how to solve this error massage (0X80040119 ) ,i get some information from some blog but still have same problem can you please help me to solve the Error .
