How to send Wap Push msg via SMPP v3.4?

How to send Wap Push msg via smpp v3.4, what will be the values/setting of udh and message body. It would be nice if u explain by any example. I am trying to make it I used 0605040B8423F0 as UDH and 02056A0045C60C037777772E6465762E6D6F62692F69735F66756E2E68746D6C0
011033635333200070103 … 000101 as message body and sending udh+msg body but still not deliver properly, showing msg can not open in handset. please guide me thanks in adv.
