How to use Crystal Reports QRP files

I have Crystal Reports 9.0. I need to modify a report. All I have is a file ending in QRP.

How can I edit this file?
Can I use Crystal Reports to convert this file from a QRP to an RTF, edit the RTF, then recreate the QRP?

Or, is there a better way?
