hyperlink cfm web page destination in Word 2003

Word won’t hyperlink to this address: http://www.unitoday.net/_redirect/shop.cfm?a=101.010101&b=ENU&c=2892214

If just the URL is linked, then it works but adding the cfm destination – doesn’t work.

Any suggestions? thanks!
