I lost Adobe Photo Deluxe 3.1 file.

I need to recover program file – imagex.exe to
open scanned/received jpg pictures. My ME windows CD’s or HP scanner Adobe CD does not have this file. In unstalling programs and trouble shooting my system resore now will not function . thanks
