i need help fast

i bought a BB pearl on dicember, it has been working just fine until last week. It doesnt start and when i try to , the sandclock appeasr and it stay there and nothing happends. After that the screen goes off again and the service light goes red. Can someone help me?Is there any button combo do reset it ?
