i need your advise and guidance on starting and setting up my ITconsultancy

well, i have been procastinating for too long on starting up my IT consultancy, i guess i am too afraid or dont know even how to start.
presently, i work from home and i’m trying to create a presence on the web for my business first before i decide to go public. i want to it all right and i just need some advice or comments from the people who have gone ahead of me in their IT consultancy biznesses.
