Icons lost on T. B. Tray while on line

I normally have had Pagoo, a Weather Program, Volume control, Time and the two TV set Icons in the Tray area of the task bar when I’m on line (IE 5.5 Win 98SE). I’ve lost them but they are still there and functioning when I go to my desk top. Can and how do I re-install these to function while on line? Thank You.
