ICS auto-dial on Host from Client Req?

I set up a Peer to Peer network with ICS to share a modem for Internet access at a local church. I am trying to get the Host to auto dial the internet connection when one of the ministers tries to check their email or surf the web on a client. Can it be done and how do I tweek it to auto-dial. It already auto-dials when checking email or opening the weeb browser on the host but not when doin it from a client. It’s worth 500 points to get this monkey of my back 😉
