IE 7.0 Issue related to Active X control Message box

I have an ASP Page with 3 frames in it. Left side two frames and right side one to show the application. In the left hand lower frame there are links to open the active X controls. If I open any of the Active X application in the right frame and do some operations and let the active X control pop up some message box. The message box and other forms are above the window and not inside the parent even after opening the forms modally inside the parent.And also if I click on the same Application or any other keeping the message box open will crash the browser…Run time error ‘0’ throws. And also if I open the application in new tab all the forms sit above the window which is annoying. Please help me to get a solution.
