IIS 5.0 and Hosting my site

I can’t see a site on my system, which I just designed, when I try to view it with internet explorer. That is, when I try hosting it.

I can’t view the IIShelp file by typing into explorer http://localhost/iishelp when I log in as another user with admin rights.

But I can see it when I log in to the system with the In-built Administrator username.

I don’t know if my IIS is working properly.

Somebody assist me. It’s urgent!!!!!!!!!!
