I have a Windows 2000 server running IIS, OWA and passing users over to a Citrix gateway (they can choose a link to go to Coitrix or OWA).
Been seeing dllhost.exe running 95+% of CPU time and the CPU is running 100%.
Also getting ASP script timeout errors, e.g. in the event log, I get:
Error: File /exchange/USA/inbox/main_fr.asp Unexpected error. A trappable error (C0000005) occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running.
and
Error: Script Engine Exception. A ScriptEngine threw expection ‘C0000005’ in ‘IActiveScript::Close()’ from ‘CActiveScriptEngine::FinalRelease()’.
The server will stop accepting users requests for links to OWA or Citrix – need to restart IIS or reboot.
Any ideas on how to stabilize??
Thank you,
Michael
