I’m Screwed

I have a Dell XPS M140 and I just installed Wubi to get ubuntu installed. I did it, and when I went to go start Windows again, it said i needed to reinstall \system32\hal.dll. I tried to go expand the file, but i need to put in my password for the admin. Now for some reason my password isn’t the same as the admin password, and I’ve only had one account—mine. Someone please help, I don’t know how to get my admin password without booting Windows!!!
