importing a .PST file in Outlook 2000

Hello,

I have upgraded from Win98 to Win2000. i tried importing my .PST file in Outlook2000, however, i get an error message that i don’t have access to the file.

i tried rebooting into Win98 and trying it and i get the same message in Win98.

do you have any other ideas?
