INFORMATION RIGHTS MANAGEMENT FOR OFFICE 2007

May somebody help me out with the steps to activate Information rights management on my laptop computer. I am using Vista Ultimate edition and Office 2007 Professional Edition. I have tried what i can do , but failed miserably.
In my desktop it works without any problems but that is XP Professional with Windows 2003 Proffessional Office Edition.
